Internet Banking
Internet banking refers to the wireless
communication-based banking services to the customers which they can access
from anywhere anytime by use of the internet. The majority of banking sector are
adapting the internet banking, that’s why it is necessary to determine its
impact on customer relations regarding customers’ loyalty, satisfaction, and behavior.
There are various studies that have been carried out
by collecting the quantitative data through interviews of the banking customers
in various banks. The structure of the interview mostly based on
the open-ended questions which were then analyzed and interpreted in order to
draw effective results.
The results found from different studies shows that
customer satisfaction with internet banking services is more in young customers
as compared to senior customers. Loyalty and positive behavior were
also evident in the banking customers as the number of customers found to
be increased after the internet banking implementation.
Conclusion:
It can be concluded that internet banking has an
efficient and positive impact on the customer relationship as customer loyalty,
satisfaction and motivation are found to be increased and there is the positive
behavior of customers in a response of the internet banking.
